Progress Monitoring

Each week you will receive a progress report (usually by e-mail) that describes:

Confidentiality

HTP will meet the requirements of formal confidentiality agreements with our customers. In addition, material and information pertaining to customers is treated as COMMERCIAL-IN-CONFIDENCE at all times; HTP will not disclose any information to a third party.

Copyright

Copyright of all material produced by HTP on behalf of a customer resides with HTP until receipt of payment of the final invoice, at which time copyright transfers to the customer.

Source Material

All material supplied by customers is retained for the duration of the project and can be returned or disposed of in accordance with your instructions at the end of the project. You will be notified of any faults, errors, omissions or malfunctions that HTP find in the source information.

Deliverables

Unless instructed otherwise, HTP will retain copies of deliverables. However this should not be relied upon as an archive or storage service.

Computer Viruses

Prior to dispatch to a customer, all electronic material is tested for known computer viruses. All electronic material received from clients is tested for computer viruses on receipt, and the client is notified immediately of any viruses that are detected in such material. HTP uses Symantec's Norton Anti-Virus software.
