Key points:

• Most DTP packages now include automation features that can make your documents easier to update and manage.
• If the document will be translated leave sufficient white space for expansion.
• Don't make the layout too complicated - it should be easy to follow.
• Don't use too many different fonts, or too much bold or italic text.
